The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn is pleased to announce that motivational musician Wordsmith will be touring Estonia with a series of free, family-friendly concerts May 20-24. The musician and his band will visit eight cities, with evening programs open to the public in Valga, Narva, Kiviõli, and Tallinn.
Wordsmith, born Anthony Parker, is a Baltimore-based musician and entrepreneur who makes hip-hop music with a positive message, bringing communities together through song. In Estonia, Wordsmith and his band will engage with young people, and encourage students to put an end to bullying.
Wordsmith’s tour is supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Educational and Cultural Affairs Bureau, the U.S. Embassy in Estonia, and local municipalities. His performances in Estonia are the final segment of a regional tour through Belarus, Lithuania, and Latvia.
The public is invited to the following free concerts:
May 20 at 7 pm in Valga’s Keskväljak
May 21 at 7 pm at Narva Vaba Lava Theater
May 22 at 6 pm at the Kiviõli 1. keskkool
May 23 at 7 pm at the KUMU Auditoorium in Tallinn
